I've been with the company for over 7 yrs and can honestly say that sport clips is the best franchise for a stylist who is willing to work hard and follow the sport clips ways to grow and become better . Working here is like being with your second family, I've grown so much working at sport clips as a stylist to assistant manager then manager to now to area manager and loving every minute of it!

Do not work here unless you want to be talked down to in front of your clients by your 'manager', and go to work with bronchitis unable to talk because the clients 'Will understand.' Who wants to pay for a haircut and get sick? The youngest mamager there talks about all the stylists in front of other stylists, talks badly about clients in front of everyone for not leaving big enough tips, and has never spoke even 1 word of encouragement. Make sure if you work here to keep an eye on your paycheck or they will try to to rip you off. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Some of the managers were awesome but the one you'll be stuck working with all the time is the most unprofessional I've ever met. You are taught to get them in and out fast and upsell anything and everything.
